Gay Open Day at Canterbury Council

OfficeA gay open day to raise awareness of homosexual, lesbian, bisexual and transgender issues is happening at Canterbury council offices next week.

The aim of the event is to promote understanding in an interesting, entertaining and educational way.

The event is organised by Canterbury council in partnership with the East Kent Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Network, Thanet council, Kent County Council and Kent Police.

It takes place at the council offices in Military Road, Canterbury, on Saturday, October 18 from 10am to 3pm.

Refreshments will be available and everybody is welcome to drop in.
