Diva Fever OutCamptastic Diva Fever had to leave the show after Louis Walsh, Dannii Minogue and Cheryl Cole all voted to save Belle Amie in the latest X Factor.

After the second show of the competition Simon Cowell is down to just two acts in this week's X-Factor. He admit he had let down gay disco duo Diva Fever after they found themselves in the sing-off with girl group Belle Amie.

When asked who he would have saved, Simon said, "I don't have to answer that question... that's not fair".

Josef Al-Smadi and Craig Saggers (Diva Fever) both put their exit down to bad song choice after Cowell picked a new track, Duck Sauce's Barbra Streisand, for them to perform (here the original here). Responding to the accusations, Cowell conceded: "I accept full responsibility OK, I let you down and I am sorry." Saggers responded "Well you need to make it up!".

Louis Walsh said he voted for the girl group because they "can grow and get better" and saving Simon from having to pick between two of his acts Cheryl also decided to save Belle Amie.

Diva Fever's departure means that Simon is down to just two groups; Belle Amie and New Direction; two bands he put together himself after deciding the band members weren't strong enough to compete as solo performers.
