John and Edward, commonly known as 'Jedward' performed at G-A-Y in London last night. There were huge crowds but almost as many paparazzi.

John and Edward Grimes, both 18, completed a typically over the top performance. They were wearing gold suits and silver trainers and the trademark spiked-up hair.

It seems they have been approached for photoshoots by several publications including Esquire and i-D Magazine. They are also tipped to sign a deal to model clothes for high street stores. 

The duo are helping sales of the X Factor tour too, many dates for the 2010 tour have already sold out and more are being added, it's all down to John and Edward Grimes, bosses say. There will be a total of 54 shows!

Long term options for the twins could include childrens TV presenters (Sam and Mark), cheesy party albums (Same Difference), one hit wonder and ultimately obscurity (Chiko).

Odds on favourite to win this years X Factor is pint sized Geordie, Joe McElderry.
